UNBOUND

Unbound is the contemporary-modern extension of Rise City Dance.

Unbound was created to provide a pathway for dancers that are interested in pursuing a concert-dance contemporary track.

Students receive the opportunity to work with professional creators both from Atlanta and abroad. Past creators are on staff at local universities, run their own companies, are receiving performance opportunities and grants throughout the globe, and more. Original works are set on the dancers and are performed at Rise City Dance performances and additional performances throughout the city (including the Fall for Fall Dance Festival, DanceFest ATL, and the High Museum).

In addition, student's education is supplemented with additional classes in conditioning and floorwork, they are encouraged to participate in the choreographic showcase, and they take field trips to professional performances around the Atlanta area.
