how we train

Serious Training, Balanced Lives

Dancers in Rise City receive pre-professional-level training within a balanced schedule that encourages well-rounded physical and emotional development.

As a company of young artists, our dancers have multiple performance opportunities throughout the year. These performances offer important growth for young dancers and invite audiences to understand and appreciate dance in its many forms, preserving and promoting dance and the performing arts.

Dance Belongs Everywhere

Performing in the community is at the heart of our mission. Our dancers bring their work to stages, museums, and festivals across Atlanta, from State Farm Arena to the High Museum of Art.
